French Basketball Team Secures Top Spot in Euro 2025 Qualifiers after Victory Over Bosnia-Herzegovina

The French basketball team won on the field of Bosnia-Herzegovina this Monday in the Euro 2025 qualifiers (64-74). A second success in a row which allows Vincent Collet’s players to find themselves at the top of their group.

The French basketball team defeated Bosnia-Herzegovina this Monday in Tuzla (64-74) to score a second success in two qualifying matches for the Euro 2025. Now first in their group E, the Blues are carrying out a very good operation with a view to qualification, since they display a significant difference in points against their direct opponents.

After their serious victory against Croatia on Friday (73-61), Vincent Collet’s men, deprived of their players playing in the NBA, showed a different face than during the disaster at last World Cup. As they were advised for their last outing before preparation for the Paris 2024 Olympics (at the end of the season), they showed themselves to be diligent against the Bosnians.

Eliminate Croatia or Bosnia-Herzegovina

To validate their qualification, the Blues will have to eliminate Croatia or Bosnia-Herzegovina, the presumed weakest team in their group of four, knowing that Cyprus is already qualified as co-host country of Euro 2025, which will also take place in Latvia, Finland and Poland.
