Florian Wandinger is the new chairman of TC Rot-Weiß Eichendorf. This was the result of the new elections at the general meeting in the Kapfinger guesthouse.
Chairman Rudi Stögmüller opened the meeting. In his review, he particularly emphasized the excellent development in youth work, which is reflected, among other things, in the increase in the number of new young tennis players. Sports director Stefan Haberl presented the 2023 tennis season from a sporting perspective. A total of eight teams were registered for association games, including three youth teams.
Six teams in the new season
In the coming season, the TC will be represented in the association round with six teams. After the sporting review, the cashier Verena Stallhofer presented the financial report. It was clear that the club had managed sensibly and had a solid financial basis.
Three board members are leaving
Three board members whose terms of office ended resigned, including the previous chairman Rudi Stögmüller. After intensive discussions and secret votes, the positions were filled. Florian Wandinger was elected as the new chairman.
Also new to the board are Ramona Grabon as second chairwoman and Sebastian Strasser as secretary. Verena Stallhofer (treasurer), Stefan Haberl (sports officer) and Christian Lau (youth officer) were each re-elected and confirmed in their previous positions.
Despite the resignations on the board, a new team was elected that will be committed to the club’s interests.
