The Favio duo Orsi and Sergio Gómez assumed this Thursday as a technical duo in Platense after the resignation of Sebastián Grazzini after the tough defeat in the classic with Argentinos Juniors.
“Welcome the duo. Both of them who came from our youth ranks now return to lead the first team,” the club announced on social networks.
Orsi and Gómez recently left their place at Atlético Tucumán and just 10 days later they will take charge of Platense.

Throughout his career they managed Real Pilar (Primera D), Fénix (Primera C and Primera B), Flandria (Primera B and Primera Nacional), Deportivo Español (Primera B), Almagro (Primera Nacional), San Martín de Tucumán ( Primera Nacional), Ferro (Primera Nacional), Godoy Cruz de Mendoza (Professional Football League).
The technical duo will take over this Thursday and this Friday they will be on the substitute bench against Racing, from 9:15 p.m., for the eighth date of zone B of the League Cup.
Platense has six points this season and its main objective is to avoid relegation in the general table and in the averages.
