Frankfurt/Main (dpa) – Bundesliga soccer team Eintracht Frankfurt has loaned Paxten Aaronson to Dutch first division club Vitesse Arnheim until the end of the season. As the Hessians announced at the end of the transfer period, the young American should gain more match practice in Arnhem.
The US international moved from Philadelphia Union to Eintracht at the beginning of the second half of the 2022/23 season. In the current season he played seven Bundesliga games. In the end, the 20-year-old was only second choice. “It is important for his further development to regularly play competitive games, which is why we decided on this loan,” said Eintracht sports director Timmo Hardung.
