Grosseto. The demolition work has been completed architectural barriers in the sports facility of archery in via Lago di Varano.
The intervention, with a total value of 120 thousand euros, made possible the creation of a special walkway and the expansion of the sports field, which will now be able to host paralympic competitions.
The facility is managed by the Maremma archers company chaired by a former Italian player, Stefano Mazzi, currently coach of the national youth compound team. In addition to the mayor and councilors Riccardo Ginanneschi (public works), Fabrizio Rossi (sport) and Sara Minozzi (social), also present were Vittorio Polidori, federal councilor of Fitarco; Stefano Mazzi, president of the Compagnia Maremma arcieri, and Tiziano Faraoni, president of the Regional Committee of Fitarco Toscana, together with a delegation from the Italian national archery team.
