Tennis ace Carlos Alcaraz’s wait for his first tournament victory since his triumph at Wimbledon continues.
The world number two had to admit defeat to the Chilean Nicolas Jarry 6:7 (2), 3:6 in the semi-finals of the clay court tournament in Buenos Aires. “All good things come in threes,” commented Jarry on his first win against the Spaniard, to whom he had previously lost twice.
In the final, the world number 21 will face Argentine Facundo Diaz Acosta (ATP-87).
