The directors of the Santiagueña Basketball Federation met to define what a new season of local sports will be like and set the start date for both the provincial tournaments and those of the Capital Association.
Delegates from the clubs of the Capital city, La Banda, Loreto and Fernández participated in this conclave.
The date set for the start of the season is March 18, where both the first division tournaments and those of the training categories will begin.
Regarding the dispute format, two tournaments will be held: the Apertura will be with a regular phase with two rounds where the top four in the table will qualify for the semifinals. While the Clausura will be a single wheel in the regular phase.
