LE SCAN SPORT – On X, the Turkish club Besiktas announced the dismissal of its young striker Emirhan Delibas. According to revelations from the local press, his presence on Tinder would be at the origin.

Two months after having sidelined five of its players (Vincent Aboubakar, Eric Bailly, Rachid Ghezzal, Jean Onana and Valentin Rosier) for performances considered disappointing, the Turkish club has this time- decided to part ways with a young striker for a rather unusual reason.

According to local media, Delibas’ registration on Tinder would have been frowned upon by club officials. His online activity, including his publications on social networks, would also have raised questions within the Istanbul club.

Besiktas soberly declared in a press release that the departure of Emirhan Deliba was made “by mutual agreement”while wishing him “much success in his future career”. Although having been selected several times with the Turkish U19 team, Delibas has had little playing time this season with Besiktas, his training club.
