On the 18th, the comedy duo “Audrey” held an event “Audrey’s All Night Nippon in Tokyo Dome” to commemorate the 15th anniversary of Nippon Broadcasting System’s “Audrey’s All Night Nippon” at Tokyo Dome.

After the opening video of their favorite baseball movie was played, Masayasu Wakabayashi (45) rode the road bike he was using to build up his stamina for the event and went around the dome. Toshiaki Kasuga (45) appeared from the third base bench along with the program staff.

Standing in front of the center stage radio booth set up around second base, Wakabayashi said, “Good evening, I’m Radio Monster. I’ll be doing radio today,” and Kasuga greeted with the same “Tokyo Dome, Kasmin” as at the beginning of the program.

The two sat in a radio booth and gave an opening talk about normal driving. Wakabayashi said, “It seems that the only people who competed at Tokyo Dome with a single talk were the Pope and Ryuho Okawa,” which elicited laughter from the audience. Kasuga also admired, “It’s a huge gathering,” and Wakabayashi laughed, “The Pope, Ryuho Okawa, and Audrey are all religious.”

Furthermore, to the audience who had traveled from Los Angeles, Wakabayashi could not hide his surprise, saying, “You should see Otani,” and Kasuga, “Why not Shohei Otani and Yoshinobu Yamamoto? That’s a big deal, isn’t it?”
