For the fourth time in just eleven days the Italian indoor 1500m record is rewritten and Ossama Meslek manages to improve it again, fifth with a time of 3’35″63 to lower Saturday’s 3’36″04 in the French meeting in Metz . The 27-year-old from the Army finished in fifth place in a race conducted at pace, in which he maintained contact with the leading group, and signed the registration standard for the next World Indoor Championships in Glasgow (1-3 March).
