First medal for Italy in artistic swimming at the World Championships in Doha, with the silver won by Giorgio Minisini in the technical solo final. The gold was won by the Chinese Yang Schuncheng, the silver by the Colombian Gustavo Sanchez. Yesterday Giovanni Tocci and Lorenzo Marsaglia won the first medal of the Italian expedition to Qatar, silver in diving.
