Ariana Grande will collaborate with Mariah Carey on the remix of her song ‘Yes, And?’

Ariana Grande announced this Wednesday that the “one and only” Mariah Carey will join her latest single ‘Yes, And?‘ with a remix that will be released this Friday and that for her is a “dream come true.”

“There really aren’t enough words. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this dream come true and for imbuing my little song with your brilliance and magic, Mariah Carey. It means more to me than I could ever express and I can’t wait for everyone to hear this. I love you forever”, the 30-year-old singer wrote on Instagram.

Grande’s post is accompanied by a photograph in which they are both together and in less than an hour it reached a million “likes.”

This is the second collaboration between Grande and Carey. The first was in 2020 with a version of ‘Oh Santa!’, alongside Jennifer Hudson, and in December 2023 the author of ‘Thank U, Next’ appeared at the Christmas show that Carey offered at Madison Square Garden in New York.

Grande has been an open fan of Carey’s career and her powerful voices began to be compared since 2012. The ‘Sam & Cat’ actress covered the single ‘Emotions’ that the pop diva popularized in 1991.

Grande is currently working on the latest details of his next studio album, the seventh of his career, which will be titled ‘Eternal Sunshine’ and will be released on March 8.

Grande is also part of the new version of the movie ‘Wicked’, directed by Jon M. Chu, scheduled for November 27 and where she plays the good witch of the Wizard of Oz, Glinda, while Cynthia Erivo will play the witch Elphaba.
