A 24-year-old and a minor were arrested last night by the Alessandria police during services aimed at identifying the tire thieves who are striking in various areas of the province. Shortly before being stopped the two, with their faces covered by balaclavas and hats, had attempted to steal the tires of a parked car. The subsequent search allowed the military to find material for misrepresentation, wrenches, a baseball bat, two hydraulic jacks and three mobile phones on the 24-year-old’s car.
