Sometimes reality surpasses the wildest imagination and in Frascati this is happening with hilarious continuity.

Clearly of this activity no trace can be found in institutional communication. Let’s read, for example, what is reprinted on the “Frascati Press Office” Facebook page:
No trace of the bumps, as evident. Just as there is no trace of the bumps in the suburbs (because 99% of the poor institutional communication concerns the city center) nor on the new communication tool: the Whatsapp channel. Nothing.
So, now we need to understand whether:
– the fact (which seems evident) that some bumps have been removed is true;
– what is the motivation for this action;
– how many, if any, have been removed and how many have been reinstalled;
– if it is true that too many were made and too close together;
– who followed the work of the company responsible for creating the speed bumps;
– who pays for the renovation;
– the contents of the Highway Code and the Regulation implementing the Highway Code are known;
And above all: are the remaining bumps up to code?
We await answers which, as usual, will not arrive.
If it is true that they put them in and then are taking them over, this is yet another fool of this municipal administration.
