Villeneuve-d’Ascq placed itself back in the wagon of the four qualified in pool B for the quarter-finals of the women’s Euroleague basketball by winning Wednesday at home against the leader, USK Prague (90-81 ), on the occasion of the 12th day. The Northerners (3rd, 19 pts) are one point ahead of a trio made up of Bologna, Salamanca and the Poles from Polkowice before the last two days.
They will go to Basket Landes, eliminated after its defeat in Salamanca (69-44), then receive Polkowice.
