Walking with a baseball bat, stopped and reported by the Carabinieri.
The Carabinieri of the Radiomobile Section of the Padua Company have reported in a state of freedom for unjustified carrying of weapons or objects capable of offending a 48-year-old from Padua, already known to the police.
The facts
The events occurred during the night in via Einaudi where the military, following a report, proceeded to check a woman who was walking around armed with a baseball bat.
The woman was immediately “disarmed” and during the identification she was unable to provide any justification regarding the possession of the 61 cm long baseball bat which was seized at the same time. The woman will have to answer to the Judicial Authority for the disputed facts.
