The three Ismaninger judo trainers Anett Döring, Dirk Döring and Max Sonner passed the third DAN exams in mid-December. In judo, the nine student degrees (Kyu) are made visible to the outside world with colored belts – yellow to brown – and the master degrees (DAN) with black belts. If the technical applications of judo techniques are primarily examined at the student levels and the first DAN, at the higher DAN levels a lot of background knowledge must also be presented in addition to the technical skills. Since the three are trained trainers with judo trainer C and B certificates, they were able to prepare optimally for the exam on the theoretical topics (training design, teaching methods, judo values, etc.).
The knowledge acquired with the third DAN will now also be incorporated into the design of the judo training. Judo is a fitness sport suitable for all ages. Our youngest is 4 years old and our oldest is 64. Come to the trial training. Beginners and returners of all ages are always welcome.
