Hiroki Nomura (formerly from Yokohama), a classmate of Kazuyoshi Tatsunami at PL Gakuen, says:

“There is no man who has faced baseball with more honesty and sincerity than Tatsu.Nobody has to struggle as long as they can get results in one or two years. For the past two years, I have been cultivating the soil and sowing seeds. We are in a situation where young buds like (Yuki) Okabayashi are finally emerging. It is still too early to draw any conclusions.Everything is being criticized now, but I am not pessimistic.”

Tatsunami’s origins in leading the team lie in his days at PL Gakuen, where he served as captain and won back-to-back Koshien spring/summer titles in 1987.

Kuwata and Kiyohara entered PL in 1985 when they were in their third year.

I supported him from

Imoto visited the Ibaraki Naniwa Boys, where Tatsunami was a member, and fell in love with the talents of ace Kiyoshi Hashimoto (former Giants and others) and Tatsunami, who played shortstop, and tried to lead them to the PL. Imoto says.
