Tanzania-DR Congo: at what time and on which channel to watch the CAN 2024 match?

At the dawn of the last day of this first round of the African Cup of Nations, the suspense remains in Group F. Tanzania and the Democratic Republic of Congo, who face each other this Wednesday (9 p.m.), can all both nourish hopes of qualifying for the round of 16. But they have no right to defeat, in a double or nothing match which promises to be hot.

For the Democratic Republic of Congo, the challenge will be to learn from its first matches, which were rather satisfactory in intention, to achieve a first success. Against Zambia (1-1), Cédric Bakambu and his teammates largely dominated the match, but lacked realism. In a more messy match, they then conceded a draw to Morocco (1-1), providing themselves with the best opportunities.

They will, however, have to ignore the pressure, as they will start as favorites against a convalescent Tanzania. The Taifas Stars, in fact, completely missed their entry into the tournament, losing heavily against Morocco (0-3). If they have since recovered by hanging on to Zambia (1-1), they have lost their coach Adel Amrouche, sacked for his comments denouncing a supposed influence of the Moroccan federation on African football. To complete this group phase, his assistant Hemed Morroco took his place.

Tanzania-Democratic Republic of Congo kicks off this Wednesday, January 24 at 9 p.m. The meeting will be broadcast on BeIN Sports 3.
