Slavia scouted for a full-back in Norway, and they will pay for his services

A medical examination, a few formalities and nineteen-year-old El Hadji Malick Diouf will be a Slavia player. The vice-champion from Eden and currently the second FORTUNA:LIGA team looked for the full-back in the Nordic countries, just like a number of previous reinforcements. This time they are hunting in the Norwegian Tromsö IL and the agreement is very close, according to the Norwegian portal Nettavisen, with the fact that the seamers will pay approximately 66 million crowns for the player.

There is no doubt that Slavia is interested in the young Senegalese. Negotiations have been going on for several weeks. “We haven’t reached an agreement yet and we have no further information,” TIL sports manager Lars Petter Kræmer Andressen said on the last day of 2023 for Nordlys and Nettavisen.

It is clear that until the transfer is confirmed, he does not want to release any news to the media. He says he will comment on everything when everything is finally closed. The financial severance pay should exceed NOK 30 million. The sum of thirty million is the basis, the next item is bonuses.

According to everything, Diouf should already have agreed on terms with Slavia and should head to the Czech Republic within a few days. That is, unless something unforeseen happens in the next few days. The player, of course, undergoes a medical examination in Prague before signing the contract. The Norwegian club is supposed to have a clause in the contract that guarantees it a percentage in the event of a further sale.

Slavia’s representatives watched the player personally during the fall, only after the Vršovice club started negotiations to acquire Diouf. The left back finished the season with three goals and one assist.
