The Provincial Municipality of Santa, through the Social Development Management, announced the start of the Useful Recreational Vacations 2024, which for this summer offers workshops in different sports disciplines for boys and girls from 6 to 16 years old.
Registration will be open until January 10 and the opening has been scheduled for the fortnight of the same month. The workshops that will be taught are in the sports disciplines of football, volleyball, athletics, basketball, boxing, karate, judo, taekwondo and chess .
The head of the Department of Sports Services, José Venegas Arroyo, said that parents who want to register their children can come to the front of the municipality, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 6.00 pm The requirements that must be presented are a photocopy of the child’s ID, a copy of the parent’s or guardian’s ID, and a passport.
Regarding the class schedule, the official said that the workshops will be held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in the sports venues of the Chimbotana commune such as El Náutico, El Zanjón, El Acero, Juan Davis, El Progreso and the Centenario stadium. (CI – RSD News).
