Quentin Grimes seeks new destination as frustration with New York Knicks grows

Quentin Grimes would have asked the management of the New York Knicks to find him a new destination, reported journalist Stefan Bondy of the newspaper NY Post.

According to sources close to the guard trained in Houston, his frustration with Thibodeau is total, and he is looking for a change of scenery that will give him the minutes and opportunities that he currently does not have in the Knicks with Donte DiVincenzo and Josh Hart as the main outside players.

After Grimes’ name was linked to the Raptors and Hawks, Luka Doncic’s Mavericks would also have shown interest in him. This season he is averaging 7.1 points, 1.7 rebounds and 1.1 assists in 19.8 minutes per day.
