President Alassane Ouattara is in no way discouraged towards the Elephants of Côte d’Ivoire after their defeat during this CAN 2023. On the contrary, he made them a promise, that of always supporting them for the future.
« All my encouragement to our dear Elephants. You have all our support and confidence for the rest of the competition!“, published the Ivorian president.
It should be remembered that after shining in the opening match of CAN 2023, the Elephants lost in their second match against Nigeria.
The match started with a solid eleven on both sides despite two major absences from the Ivorian squad.
