It is no longer a secret that AlphaTauri will be on the grid under a different name next season. It looks like the team will be called Racing Bulls. Now it also appears that the aforementioned title sponsors will indeed become part of the team name.
At the end of last year, the medium Decalspotters, which focuses on sponsorship deals, already reported that AlphaTauri would get two new title sponsors. This involved the large companies Visa and CashApp. AlphaTauri previously reported that they were in discussions with two major American sponsors. It now appears that these two companies will join Red Bull Racing’s sister team.
The Red Bull group recently registered the internet domain VisaCashAppRB.com. If you click on this link, you will end up on an internet page that does not yet link to anything. It looks like this will indeed be the team name, because the domain RacingBulls.com links to the aforementioned site, but with the label ‘team launch’. This page is also still white, but the URL does indicate that there is a team launch page. It is not yet known when the team will release more news.
