Professional basketball player Tristan Thompson of the Cleveland Cavaliers has been sentenced to a 25-game suspension for a doping offense. The North American professional league NBA announced this on Tuesday.
Thompson tested positive for the stimulant Ibutamoren and the muscle-building drug SARM LGD-4033. Thompson will not receive any salary for the period of the suspension, which begins immediately. The Canadian won the title with the Cavaliers in 2016.
