Marko Alvir, you may remember him. The Croatian footballer was briefly active in Viktoria Plzeň, he also wore the jersey of Slavia Prague, Příbram and České Budějovice. However, he did not make a significant breakthrough in the Czech Republic, so he returned to Croatia. Now the 29-year-old midfielder is on the list of missing people, the Croatian police have been looking for him since October 21.

The Czech media was the first to report about it on Sunday CNN Prima News with reference on foreign news. Marko Alvir was last seen in the Sbeti Duh housing estate in Zagreb, the capital of Croatia – the city where he was born.
But then he disappeared, the ground literally collapsed after him. Alvir in the youth categories he paid for great talent. At the age of nineteen, he even moved to Atlético Madrid, the camp of one of the biggest Spanish giants. To the first team ´Los Rojiblancos´ however, he did not make it, so he then transferred to Domžale in Slovenia. A year and a half ago won the league title with Maribor.
