Morocco-Zambia: at what time and on which channel to watch the CAN 2024 match?

While the African Cup of Nations has so far not been kind to its favorites, Morocco has so far managed its boat rather well. In first place in group F, still undefeated, the Atlas Lions had the pleasant surprise of being qualified for the round of 16 without playing, at the start of the week, thanks to the favorable results of the other groups. But they will want to finish their first round properly with a victory against Zambia on Wednesday (9 p.m.).

A logical contender for the trophy, Morocco is however still in the process. If it largely dominated Tanzania (3-0), Achraf Hakimi’s band was then held by the Democratic Republic of Congo (1-1), in a heated match. At the end of which his coach Walid Regragui found himself at the heart of a general scuffle, after an altercation with Chancel Mbemba.

The semi-finalist of the last World Cup is probably hoping for a more peaceful atmosphere against Zambia. But the Chipolopos, also undefeated after two draws against Tanzania (1-1) and the Democratic Republic of Congo (1-1), will stake their lives in the competition and could even snatch first place in the group in the event of victory. Very combative since the start of the competition, Avram Grant’s men should believe in their chances until the end.

Morocco-Zambia will kick off this Wednesday, January 24 at 9 p.m. The meeting will be broadcast on BeIN Sports 1 and can be followed live with commentary on leparisien.fr
