Miami Dolphins’ Edge Rusher Bradley Chubb Sidelined with Cruciate Ligament Tear

Cruciate ligament tear confirmed for Miami edge rusher.

The Dolphins lost more than one game to the Ravens. ESPN confirms that Bradley Chubb tore his cruciate knee ligament against Baltimore. He will therefore not participate in the playoffs and will be placed on the injured list.

Miami therefore loses its edge rusher for the end of the 2023 season, and a return for the 2024 campaign remains uncertain. A hard blow after the injury to Jaelan Phillips (Achilles tendon), and while the AFC East division is still up for grabs, as well as the number 2 seed for the playoffs.

Arrived by trade last year, Chubb was an important defensive weapon in the Florida team. This year, he recorded 11 sacks, 11 tackles for loss, 22 quarterback hits, and forced 6 fumbles.
