The competition returns after last year’s event in Samsun was canceled due to the terrible earthquake that shocked Turkey. The last edition played was therefore that of 2021 in Lasko with Italy flying to the podium 12 times, taking second place in the medal table.
In total there will be 32 Azzurri competing in Croatia, including Michea Godano from Fossano, representative of Arcieri Tigullioselected in the Compound specialty.
With him, his companions Marco Bruno (Fiamme Azzurre), Valerio Della Stua (Arcieri Pol. Solese), Andrea Nicole Moccia (Arcieri del Torresin), Elisa Roner (Fiamme Gialle) and Marcella Tonioli (Arcieri Montalcino) with reserve at home Irene Franchini (Blue Flames).
