JUSTICE – A new development in the breach opened by the new Minister of National Education Amélie Oudéa-Castéra. After scandalizing teachers by denouncing absenteeism in her eldest son’s nursery school in 2009, these are the values of the establishment in which she enrolled her ” three boys “ who are at the heart of a media storm.
The Stanislas high school has, for several days, been singled out for its very traditional values. Made public by Mediapart, the inspection report commissioned by the Ministry of Education denounced “drifts”with compulsory religion classes where “ a tendency to proselytize » or even shortcomings in the application of sexuality education programs. Above all, the document denounced speakers who make homophobic, anti-abortion remarks or promote conversion therapy.
So many elements documented in a second Mediapart article and which led the General Inspectorate of National Education to make a report to the Paris prosecutor’s office in October 2023, as the latter revealed this Friday, January 19. And to announce that it has opened an investigation in the fall of 2023, to “public insult based on sexual orientation or gender identity” et “public incitement to hatred or violence” for these same reasons. The police station of the 5th and 6th arrondissements of the capital is leading the investigations.
The Paris prosecutor’s office also confirmed this Friday that it had received a new report from Céline Malisé, communist regional councilor of Île-de-France, “ on a teaching framework within the Stanislas establishment which does not appear to him to comply with the provisions relating in particular to the teaching of sexuality of the education code”.
