Our certified CFA!
Thanks to the significant work of various behind-the-scenes actors and quality support from Figure de Skills, a consultancy firm for training organizations, our OF obtained the “Innovative CFA” Label issued by the Normandy Region.
It was necessary to obtain 10 badges by meeting strict criteria, including 5 mandatory in the following areas:
Digital skills of learners Training plan, Prospecting, Multimodality, Tripartite relationship.
This label rewards an action, undertaken for two years, to modify our learning methods with our apprentices, in order to meet current requirements and thus increase the quality of our content delivered.
The modernization of our supports, the implementation of the FOAD, participation in trade fairs, the establishment of open days to give visibility to our training offers and privileged relations with our private and State partners made it possible to obtain this label.
We would like to thank Sébastien Maheux, Olivier Melicine, Stéphane Serinet, the kingpins of this project, and the entire team who work for the training organization and who contribute to its dynamism and recognition by public authorities.
