Milojevic was born on April 15, 1977 in Serbia and his professional career began in 1998 as a player (he played the power forward position). At 2.01 meters tall he was part of the team of his native country KK FMP and in 1999 he won the league MVP award.
Although he never reached the NBA as a figure, he did leave his country, when in 2006 he signed for Valencia Basket, from Spain. He retired in 2009.
After the end of his career as a player, he began another: that of a coach. He debuted again in Serbia, leading the Mega Bemax team (based in Belgrade) and had impeccable starts, as they reached the semi-final of the league, in addition to within the ABA League he managed to get his group to eighth place with a record of 12-14.
2018 would be the moment when a great opportunity came for the former athlete, as he started in the National Basketball Association as a coach of the Houston Rockets Summer League. This while he coached the Serbian national team alongside Igor Kokoškov.
