The franchise from the American capital lost to the Cleveland Cavaliers (114-90). Bilal Coulibaly, the French guard for the Wizards, however, did well by scoring 15 points (6/13 on the shoot including 2/4 three-pointers), to which were added seven rebounds and three blocks.
Rudy Gobert signed a new double-double (13 points, 12 rebounds) during the clear victory of the Minnesota Timberwolves, leaders of the Western Conference, in Houston (122-95). In defense, the French pivot also made two blocks and two interceptions.
Seven points for Rayan Rupert (Portland)
The Portland Trail Blazers suffered a heavy defeat at the Dallas Mavericks (139-103), with, however, seven points and three rebounds from Rayan Rupert in 19 minutes. The French guard had not scored in an NBA game since November 20 (91-134 defeat against Oklahoma City).
The Detroit Pistons, last in the Eastern Conference with only three victories in 35 matches, did not come far from beating the Golden State Warriors. At home, the Californians only won by four points (113-109). In the ranks of Detroit, Killian Hayes only played 16 minutes, without scoring a point (0/3 shooting), but delivering five assists.
