For its third edition, the military world archery championship will take place in Dhaka, Bangladesh from February 25 to 29, 2024. On this occasion, 8 archers (valid and war wounded) will fly to participate in this competition and defend the colors of France under the aegis of the Center National des Sports de la Défense.
Members of the French archery team will gather in Fontainebleau on February 22 before leaving for Bangladesh. Athletes will have the opportunity to train at the championship venue before starting the competition on February 27. On the program, qualifying shots and individual and team matches on the first day, followed by the finals on February 28.
The championship will welcome 13 countries and 125 athletes, including the presence of South Korea, Belarus and Ukraine, leading nations in our discipline. France is also one of the countries accustomed to medals. A tough competition therefore awaits our military archers.
