You may remember dancing, one of the exercises from December. Maybe it’s also because of how much fun it was. This exercise is a kind of dancing for the upper half of the body. This is especially important for anyone trapped in the computer-office posture, which can lead to desk problems like tendonitis or carpal tunnel syndrome.
