Cam Thomas has recently acknowledged in statements collected by the media Clutch Points that he is “not satisfied” with his current role on the team, relegated to Jacques Vaughn’s second unit instead of outsiders Dinwiddie, Johnson and Finney-Smith respectively.
«No, I am not (satisfied with his role). But I’m just doing my job. But not. I’m really comfortable coming off the bench or being a starter. Whatever he wants, I will do it,” he acknowledged.
Thomas has started 20 of the 30 games he has played this season; However, he was moved to the second unit in mid-December after suffering an injury. Since then he has lowered his averages to 13.5 points, 2.5 rebounds and 1.7 assists in 24.3 minutes per day.
