Bremen saves a draw in Bochum

Werder Bremen fought for a draw with direct relegation rivals VfL Bochum with a last-minute goal from Niklas Stark. Thanks to the late goal (93rd minute), the Hanseatic League drew 1-1 at the Revierclub on Sunday. Both teams remain level on points with 17 points and are six points ahead of the relegation place.

Patrick Osterhage gave the hosts the lead in the 64th minute after an assist from Kevin Stöger, who was substituted in the 80th minute. Marco Friedl played through for Werder, Romano Schmid came on as a substitute in the 73rd minute.
