It was the wind or misfortune, but the ball moved maliciously outside the goal. They say the winter winds in Buffalo were raging. Something happened on Sunday, but if it had been a field goal it would have meant a tie against the Kansas City Chiefs who won 27-24 with less than two minutes left. The Bills were thus eliminated from the AFC divisional round; They consummated one more failure in their long tragic history and the blame fell on kicker Tyler Bass, who hid the shame in the darkness of his helmet.
