It will be on January 7 when the activity corresponding to the state qualifiers that will integrate the representatives of Baja California in the Conade 2024 Nationals process will restart in Tijuana with the discipline of Golf, a competition organized by the Institute of Sports and Physical Culture of Baja California (Indebc).
The State Golf Qualifiers will take place on the fields of the Tijuana Country Club, a stage in which they will seek to integrate a representative in which the supreme objective will be to win a medal on the national stage after in 2023 in Cuernavaca the Baja Californian delegation fell short of reaching the objective.
The state competitions in 2024 will mark a before and after since for the first time all Baja Californian municipalities will be considered as headquarters, such as San Quintín with Luchas Asociadas and Judo, while San Felipe will no longer do so as a delegation but as a municipality.
In Tijuana, in addition to swimming, competitions will be held such as 5×5 Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton, Diving, Association Soccer, Roller Skating, Shooting Sports, Track Cycling, Charrería, Handball, Water Polo, Tae Kwon Do, Karate Do, Racquetball, Saber Fencing and Canoeing.
Ensenada still has to host Table Tennis, Softball, Mountain Biking, 5-a-side Baseball, 3×3 Basketball, Bowling, Road Cycling and Time Trial, Surfing, Trampoline Gymnastics and Sword Fencing.
The municipality of Tecate will host Boxing and sports science, Chess, Rosarito will have Beach Volleyball, Tennis and Road Cycling, San Quintín will have Associated Wrestling and Judo, San Felipe still has to organize the Open Water disciplines.
While in the municipality of Mexicali it is up to organize Sport Climbing, BMX Cycling, Field Hockey, Online Roller Skating, Baseball, Weight Lifting, Triathlon, Men’s and Women’s Artistic Gymnastics, Athletics, Rodeo, Archery, Breaking and Fencing Foil.
Pending venue and date are Artistic Gymnastics, Artistic Swimming, Rugby Sevens and Squash.
