The Arçonnay judokas had an interclub training course last Friday at home. On the day’s program, running and tachi waza (standing judo) in the morning. After the lunch break, work on a ne-waza game (judo on the ground) and the session continued with an hour of randoris, that is to say training fights. The young people were well represented with thirteen participants: Maël Dominé, Julien Porteboeuf, Julian Margueritte, Mélia Prunier, Ruben Fleury, Romain Canu, Reda Hassani, Ysée, Jules and Milo Transon-Huet, Ninon and Adan Beaussart, and Mila Roche. Lilou Roche, injured, was to participate in the three-day high-level Christmas course in Forges-les-Eaux (Seine-Maritime) with the presence of eight hopeful centers and two foreign delegations, one from Belgium and another from Switzerland. Next meeting: Val-au-Perche entertainment tournament which takes place this Saturday, January 13.
