The last outdoor competition of 2023 valid for the qualifiers for the Italian championships which will take place in Seravezza (in the province of Lucca) from 24 to 27 August took place on Sunday 30 July in Castagnito, organized by the Langhe and Roeri archers.
Three archers from the youth sector from Arcclub Fossano qualified: Lorenzo Bertero, Beatrice and Giovanni Streri.
Mellano Rosanna, with an excellent race, won 1st place in the senior class bare bow division at the distance of 50 metres.
Streri Giovanni 1st place in the Olympic division of the student class, at a distance of 60 metres.
Bertero Lorenzo 2nd place in the boys class and Streri Beatrice 1st place in the women’s class, at a distance of 40 metres.
Viglietta Federico 1st place in the very young class and Bertero Nicolò 2nd and in the women’s Rivoira Giulia 2nd place, at a distance of 25 metres.
Streri Alberto concluded the podiums with 3rd place in the senior class Compound division at a distance of 50 metres.
The next important event is September 3rd for the “Memorial Edgardo Toti” 18 meter outdoor competition which will take place at the Arcclub shooting range in via Marene 83 in Fossano.
