13 cyclists representing Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Dominican Republic, Peru, Bolivia, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador and Mexico participated in the competition that took place on the afternoon of December 16, 2023, at the Ceibos Bike Park Universidad ESPOL mountain, Guayaquil.
The obstacles present on the mountain route, large rocks, holes and leafy trunks, did not represent a barrier for the cyclists. The sporting event was organized by the Ecuadorian Sports Federation for people with hearing and/or speech disabilities (FEDEPDAL).

Ecuador also stood out in taekwondo, Verónica Flores won a bronze medal. The gold went to the Mexican Brenda Sánchez and the silver medal was won by the Argentinean Luisina Saavedra.
In karate, Ecuador won silver, while Brazil took gold and bronze.
