The Condor 2023: Honoring Achievement in Jujuy Sports

EVERYTHING READY FOR THE DELIVERY OF THE CONDOR 2023

On Monday, organized by the Jujuy Sports Journalists’ Circle, the traditional Provincial Sports Festival will be reissued, 2023 edition. This time, the city of Libertador General San Martín will be the venue for this great event, which arouses everyone’s interest.

The event will be at the Herminio Arrieta Technical School sports center, starting at 7:00 p.m., where athletes, leaders and sports institutions will be honored, as well as there will be a special tribute for those who left us this year.

Meanwhile, part of the Board of Directors traveled to Libertador today to meet with authorities of the local commune and thus finish combining criteria for the delivery.

“We thank Mayor Oscar Jayat and his team for their usual willingness. Everything is ready for the Party. We are proud that the City of Libertador General San Martín opens its doors to us for this unique, unforgettable event,” declared the president of the entity that brings together the sports journalists of Jujuy, Gonzalo Barrientos.

While the secretary of the entity, Fernando Díaz, confirmed that the winners, family members and friends, will have at their disposal a bus that will leave on Monday at 4:00 p.m. from the end of Parque San Martín. “We made the corresponding arrangements to obtain transportation that will leave San Salvador de Jujuy. By having honorees from Palpalá, Perico and El Carmen, we believed it was a good meeting point,” he highlighted.

The Circle thanked the Sports Secretariat of the Province and the Municipality of Libertador for the valuable collaboration provided in this new edition.

At the award ceremony, the entity recognized once again that it will surely not satisfy everyone and apologized for the case, but highlighted that those chosen had a brilliant job in each of the disciplines they practice and therefore have future projection.

They also recognized that carrying out the delivery again in the interior of the province, as happened in 2021 when it took place in San Pedro, implied great satisfaction and fulfilling the pledged word that it is a federal holiday, trying to reach each corner of Jujuy.
