At the 1st Westerkappelner Women’s Cup, Andrea Jung fought for second place in the +78kg weight class. Andrea is a youth trainer at TV-Meppen in the judo department.
Last weekend the U15 & U18 fought in Hollage at the 14th Judo Cup tournament,
Zakaria Alshami U15 up to 66kg and Daniel Götte U18 +90kg each fought for 3rd place against judoka from 5 federal states and clubs from the Netherlands.
At the district tournament in Nordhorn, the judoka from TV Meppen fought in all age groups
and did very well.
District champions were: Robins Garkalns U11, Zakaria Alshami U15 and Andrea Jung Seniors.
District runner-up: Julia Becker, Julius Topp and Katharina Becker all in the U11,
Katharina Baumeister U13 and Yahya Alshami U15.
A 3rd place: Elisabeth Kiltau, Malaika Stickeln, Frederik Topp, Christian Becker, Stefan Kiltau and Ziva Stuckeln all in the U11, Jussuf Amedov U18 and Daniel Götte U18 seniors.
The coaching team is very satisfied with the judoka’s performance.
