Maximiliano Cavallini qualified in fourth place, concluding his individual tournament in the quarterfinals in the qualifying rounds.
For his part, Danilo Sicardi qualified in eighth place, being eliminated in the round of 16 of the qualifying rounds, maintaining his classification position.
While Damián Jaimes was left with the twenty-eighth place in the classification, managing to enter the finals of the tournament, being eliminated in the round of 32.
Great performance of the “albinegros” archers
In addition to being the best classified archer in the North Zone, Maximiliano Cavallini in Mixed Senior Raso along with Patricia Ríos from the Piamonteses Club of Córdoba were crowned national champions after defeating the South Zone team in a very close duel with a golden arrow.
Likewise, Cavallini also qualified to join the North Zone men’s team along with his clubmate, Danilo Sicardi and Víctor Urbani from Villa María, who won the bronze medal.
On the occasion, the national Aire Libre ranking was defined, where Cavallini placed fifth, Sicardi took seventh place and Jaimes was twenty-eighth.
It should be noted that Danilo Sicardi was summoned by the Argentine Archery Federation to participate in the selections in order to form the national outdoor teams that will represent us in the 2024 continental tournaments.
