One-way challenge between Spain e Italiavalid for the third and final day of Group 1 of qualifications for the 2024 European Women’s Team Badminton Championships. The Iberians imposed themselves with a net 5-0 in Madrid and have obtained the pass for the final phase of the event, scheduled for Lodz, Poland, next February. The scores of the three singles were merciless: Carolina Marin defeated Judith Mair per 21-8 21-5; clear Azurmendi he beat Gianna Stiglich by 21-7 21-11 and finally Ania Setien he overwhelmed Emma Little one for 21-9 21-12. The two are more balanced doublehowever useless for scoring purposes and still won by Spain: first Paula Lopez and Lucia Rodriguez beat Martina Corsini and Judith Mair by 21-14 21-13, then Clara Azurmendi and Nikol Carulla overcame Emma Piccinin and Gianna Stiglich by 21- 17 13-21 21-12.
