Seysses Arts Martiaux Judo Ju-Jitsu: Junior Success in France’s Tournaments

Seysses Arts Martiaux judo ju-jitsu continues its adventures on the roads of France. Over a weekend, the Seyssois club engages its juniors, cadets and juniors.

On Saturday, the juniors were in Moissac for a national label A tournament. Tristan Semenadisse and Tristan Raud were not successful. They both finished unclassified.

The next day, still in Moissac, the minis took part in a regional tournament. Nine juniors were on the tatamis: Nathan Silvestri, Wael Soukni, Quentin Semenadisse, Gabin Cabassud, Adam Chenine, Quentin Guyonneau, Louison Iriart, Yassine Ben Hellal, Léo Carrère. Only Quentin S. and Wael come out of the first group phase and reach the final table. Wael stops in the round of 16. Quentin S. continues his victories until the final. Unfortunately, exhausted, he was unable to express himself in this one but took a very good second place. At the same time, the cadets are in Istres for a national excellence label tournament. Lorys Tougne falls at the start and finishes unclassified. Hugo Soulié progresses in the table until the quarter-final. He lost in this one but entered the points for the national rank list, 7th.
