The Gangwon Self-Governing Province Sports Council held the opening ceremony of the ‘23rd Gangwon Self-Governing Province and Japan Tottori Prefecture Friendly Sports Exchange’ at the Hongcheon National Sports Center on the 7th. Provincial Sports Chairman Yang Hee-gu, Hongcheon-gun Mayor Shin Young-jae, Hongcheon-gun Chairman Park Young-rok, and Hongcheon-gun Sports Chairman Shin Eun-seop attended and congratulated the sports exchange between the two local governments.

In the meantime, the Provincial Sports Council and the Tottori Prefectural Sports Council have been conducting exchanges in the form of mutual invitations and dispatches every year to strengthen friendly international sports exchanges, strengthen sisterhood ties, and revitalize private diplomacy. In this exchange, which will be held until the 10th, Tottori Prefecture has a total of 29 people, including General Manager Yoshihiko Yamazaki (executive director of the Tottori Prefecture Sports Association), 4 headquarters executives, 12 professional sports women’s high school volleyball players, and 12 recreational sports badminton players. sent a team of athletes.
