Cesare high school”. In fact, we were peers and schoolmates. In the last year of 1956/57, we were together part of the football team of G. Cesare, set up in agreement with the principal and in secret with the physical education teacher Eugenio Pagnini, a former Olympian who was against football and ” he preached” fencing and baseball. I remember that we played a tournament with the representatives of the Serpieri Scientific High School and the San Marino classical high school, winning both, and with the Valturio Technical Institute, with whom we drew.
