In order to ensure public order and safety, a draft of the binding regulations “On the time of use of fireworks and stage pyrotechnic products” and an explanatory article have been prepared. In the draft of binding regulations, the time of use of fireworks and stage pyrotechnic products is set on December 31 in the administrative territory of Ogre region.
The first part of Article 44 of the Local Government Law stipulates that the council shall issue binding regulations in accordance with the authorization contained in the law or the regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers. In accordance with the third part of Article 46 of the Law on Local Governments, the draft of the binding regulations and the explanatory note attached to it are published on the official website of the local government in accordance with the procedures set out in the by-laws of the local government, for the clarification of the public’s opinion, with a deadline of no less than two weeks. The municipality collects the received opinions on the draft binding regulations and reflects them in the explanatory article of the draft regulations.
